We want you to love your linen as much as we do, which is why we offer a 60-day return window for all unwashed and unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bedding that has been slept in or laundered.

Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold your linen and place it back into its original reusable fabric pouch and shipping box to ensure safe transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
